Origin Precon is a USPTO registered, independent software venture by Kevin Murdock. The demo at demo.originprecon.com and demo.originprecon.com is provided for evaluation only and is not a substitute for professional preconstruction services.

License
You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and view the demo for personal evaluation. No production use, redistribution, or commercial deployment is permitted without written agreement from Origin Precon.

Prohibited Uses
You may not (a) copy or republish any part of the site or its underlying code, (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code, (c) use the demo content to train or fine tune any machine learning model, (d) misrepresent your affiliation with Origin Precon or its owner, or (e) use the demo for any unlawful purpose.

All visual design, code structure, content, taglines, and trade dress are property of Kevin Murdock. ORIGIN PRECON, VITALS, TOOLS, PROCURE, COMPASS, REGISTER, STAGE, INDEX, and the associated marks are trademarks of Kevin Murdock. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

The demo may reference public commodity indices including BLS PPI, Turner BCI, Mortenson CCI, Gordian, and RLB QCR. All such references are made under fair use with attribution. No endorsement is claimed or implied by the referenced publishers.

No Warranty
The demo is provided as is, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Origin Precon makes no representations about availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Project data shown in the demo is illustrative and does not reflect any real client engagement.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kevin Murdock or Origin Precon be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the demo. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the demo, which is zero.

Confidentiality
You agree to treat the demo design, structure, and content as confidential. Do not share screenshots, URLs, or other materials publicly without written permission from Origin Precon.

Termination
Access may be revoked at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the demo ends immediately and you must cease all use of the materials.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
